This is possibly a result of Blaze accepting and embracing his fate as the Spirit of Vengeance at the end of Ghost Rider # 6 (vol. 3). Regardless, the personality of Zarathos - who was in control during "The Hammer Lane" mini-series - is nowhere to be seen.
