Following the six-issue "Road to Damnation" mini-series by Garth Ennis and Clayton Crain, reader interest and high sales were enough to warrant a brand new ongoing series for the Spirit of Vengeance. Written by Daniel Way, the new series reunites artists Javier Saltares and Mark Texeira, the original art team for Ghost Rider vol. 2.
